St Mary’s Church, West Dean will be temporarily closed
from Monday October 2nd through to Friday November 17th for internal maintenance and re-decoration.
All congregants are very welcome to join other services in the team

Special Team Music events
We have two special musical event coming up in the team, Music in Whiteparish on 14 Oct and Farley at Five on 19 November.

Ride and Stride
Several groups of Riders and Striders prepared themselves for the hot weather to support our churches. Walking and cycling though our beautiful countryside between our churches really is a great pleasure.
Special congratulations to Barbara who is blind and her cycling partner Mike, who rode 30 miles in tandem.
Please do not forget to make your contributions or collect your sponsorship money as half funds raised come back to our churches, the other half supports Wiltshire Historic Churches Trust grants.
The Whiteparish group decided to postpone their walk from Farley to Whiteparish via E Grimstead until the 21 October due to the heat.
Walk , talk and reflect
On Sunday 13th August, we had another opportunity to Walk, Talk and Reflect, starting at Alderbury Church at 10:30am. Our theme was Calming the Storm, and we used Bible readings to focus our attention and prayers. This dog friendly occasion was very enjoyable, many thanks to all those who attended.
